Mr. Soewardi Yusuf joined KARIM Business Consulting as a Senior Consulting in June 2004 and becoming Director in 2005. He has banking experiences for more than 20 years in several leading Banks and Overseas Banks (BBD International Finance, Hong Kong). His extensive experiences range from General Manager (GM) International Banking Division, GM Credit Audit, and GM Risk Management and Compliance to Business Partner of Sharia Banking Unit. He graduated from University of Krisna Dwipayana – Jakarta, Faculty of Economics and MBA Degree from University of Miami. Florida (USA) in 1988. For the past few years, he has been intensively involved in Risk Management area. Other advance Sharia Banking courses has been taken such as Registered Fellow in Islamic Finance (RFIF), Risk Management on Islamic Banking. In KARIM Business Consulting, he is actively involved in establishing Sharia Unit for more than 9 banks, product development, and also developing Business Plan for 2 major banks in Indonesia. In August 2007, he was appointed for international assignment for establishing al Inma Bank Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in cooperation with IBM Germany-PO No. DIC 2898. He is also an instructor for various training.

Mr. Sutedjo Prihatono joined KARIM Business Consulting as a Business Services Specialist in March 2004, and becoming Deputy Director in June 2007. He has more than 11 years working experiences in Bank Muamalat Indonesia and progressive experiences in Human Resources Management, Financing and Marketing. He graduated from University of Krisna Dwipayana, Faculty of Economics. Now, he is taking Master Degree in Management at Binus Business School. In KARIM Business Consulting, he is actively involved in establishing Sharia Unit for more than 10 banks, product development i.e.: Islamic Credit Card, financing product, and also feasibility study and marketing research for 2 major banks in Indonesia. He is also involved in establishing Sharia Unit for Credit Guarantee Institution. He is one of Instructors for Islamic Banking Training specialization in financing training such as: financing analysis, financing restructuring, and HR training such as selling skill, service excellent. He has key qualification in Islamic Banking, Financing, Marketing and Human Resources.
